Veterans Parkway runs straight through the neighborhood, making it easy for commuters to reach the Outerbridge Crossing into New Jersey, and the West Shore Expressway will take drivers north to the Staten Island Expressway and onto the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Woodrow is also served by local buses as well as an express bus to midtown Manhattan.
